My logs had this line, although it is not a spell per se, it's definitely an ability:

Miner Groundfuse smacks himself on the side of his head and forgets who he was angry at, then attacks!- mob self memblurs.

Also casts Goblin Whirl.

Self memblur effect goes off every 25 sec
