This quest stinks at 110 because there arent enough wyvrens in WW, so you have to clear loads of trash mobs in the south below DN for the respawns, and then they dont always drop the quest pieces, and when they do it's 1 not 1 per person with the quest like most quests.
I've seen suggestions to shroud down to 50, get the quest, then unshroud to 120 to make it super fast.
