The room where he spawns is full of onyx conspirators - to see if the PH is up, invis, go into room and click /target #
If his PH is up, you will target it - I pulled the PH outside the room hoping the named would would spawn where I killed it but it actually spawned inside the room full of onyx conspirators
The room has ice water channels on either side which the trash mobs avoid but the named goes into so he can be killed in one of these channels without getting adds
The only slight downside is he needs to be fought under the water and the visibility is not good under the water - good hunting
