Title: Can't Download TBM Maps

I am a returning player to eq. I bought The Broken Mirror last year but did nothing with it. I have decided to return and would like to down load the maps for this expansion. When I try and download the maps the bar pops up on the bottom of my screen asking me whether I would like to Open, Save, or Cancel. I hit Save and nothing happens. I hit Open the bar disappears but after that nothing happens. I hit Cancel and nothing happens. Hitting the x to close the bar closes it. As you can tell I am not a computer person and I would appreciate any help you could provide. Running Windows 7. Thank you in advance.

I'm honestly not sure why this would be happening. Have you tried using a different browser?
