Most Devout Sentry

We are backtracking and killing Hunter nameds while everyone loses their minds in RoS =D...
Does anyone have any tips on spawning the Most Devout Sentry in Droga? Literally about 4 weeks, 2-3 hours a day, killing the correct PHs.. and nothing.... Any thoughts or suggestions?

are you killing all 4 Ph's
There are four PH'ers.
2x static on the North side of the area in front of the bridge/gate (one infront of a tent, one in an alcove/cave with a buddy).
1x that roams under the bridge/gate.
1x static under the bridge/gate structure on the northern side.
Ph'ers all have the same name "a devout goblin sentry".
