step 1: kill 25 undead
step 2: kill 5 giants
step 3: Speak with Crusader Vraket
step 4: collect 2 Raw velium ore(s) , can trade to update
step 5: collect 1 Velium Infused Log(s), can trade to update
step 6: Fish for 10 Velious Angel Fish or Velious Spiked Pleco
step 7: Speak with Crusader Vraket
step 8: Create 1 Potential Earring of Rallos Zek using tradeskills

Step 3. Speak with Crusader Vraket : Hail Him
Step 4. Collect 2 Raw Velium Ore(s) (If you have them just open trade with NPC and cancel to update)
Step 5. Collect 1 Velium Infused Logs(s) (If you have one just open trade with NPC and cancel to update)
Step 6. Fish for 10 Velious Angel Fish or Velious Spiked Plecto : Fish for it.
Step 7. Speak with Crusader Vraket
Step 8. Create 1 Potential Earring of Rallos Zek using tradeskills. (6 Velium infused fish scale Swatch, 2 enchanted refined velium, Round cut tool, velium infused log 468 Triv)
Step 9. Deliver 1 Potential earring of rallos zek to crusader Vraket

2 gnomish heat source+ raw velium ore+ water flask in jewelry = 1 refined velium
refined velium + enchanter spell = enchanted refined velium
velious angel fish + scaler in tackle box = velium infused fish scales(100)
velium infused fish scales(10) in fly making bench = velium infused fish scale patch
velium infused fish scale patch(10) in fly making bench = velium infused fish scale swatch

2 enchanted refined velium+ velium infused log+ round cut tool+ 6 velium infused fish scale swatch in jewelry kit

step 9: Deliver 1 Potential Earring of Rallos Zek to Crusader Vraket

Can't request so I assume must have some trade-skills mins to request?

Most likely, I know the highest one requires like 345 modded or something, I dunno if it's to combine or to get though

Only responds "All Hail Rallos Zek" Was able to get the first quest (All Hail the Cleansing) with saying "his children"

i COULD ONLY FIND TABLE JEWELRY "KITS" WITH 10 SLOTS. aLL THE REGULAR KITS ARE ONLY 4 SLOT AND NO STACKS ALLOWED. Sorry for the all caps.

Any suggestions as to where to get a kit with 10 slots?

so here is whats not told to you. Next quest must lvl up your rallos ear to lvl 2 to even grab it. How do you lvl it? guess what not just anywhere, Velks or GD missions in GD off wurms im getting 1% a kill on rallos ear. Tested 11.7.21, live, Bristle.
