Speak with Loneq Vardrin 0/1 (West Karana) (Loneq Vardrin is located on the north wall in West Karana at 1325, -9625.)

Give the scale to Loneq 0/1 (West Karana)

Talk to Arima Fae 0/1 (Misty Thicket)

Convince Mianoanoc to tell you about the statue 0/1 (Innothule Swamp) (You get an instanced version of Innothule Swamp. Locate Mianoanoc to the west of where you zone in, at 1075, 40.) Need to DPS to 30%.
