Should be same price as live - your test money is diff from live money so can just re-buy. What you use is up to you though! We just gave some tips and such to help out a little!

Now that we know the time the EQ servers will come down, and Test is having a patch today, I'm going to cut this off at 5 AM CST (about 3.5 hrs before servers come down)
