So far i've found that name type mobs (not rare names) with a rank will update this task. Such as Watchman ####, Sentinel ####, Adjutant ####, Sergeant ####, Trooper ####, Lieutenant ####, and anything with Soldier in the name. These are the only ones i can confirm so far, there may be others.

Killing right in the field prior to Vindi (where Drendar spawns) will have you complete this very fast - most mobs here meet that requirement.
