It said this could be done solo, but at the Plane of Storms I tried to get in, but the NPC would not allow me, told me I needed six total players to enter.  This was not to go in and fight or anything, it was for this quest of collection of sounds.

Think you were trying to talk to the AOC outside of plane of storms? it takes place in the normal zone
