It's that time! The beta test for The Broken Mirror starts on
Wednesday, October 21, 2015. The beta server will be ready for players on Wednesday in the early afternoon.
Everyone that
pre-orders The Broken Mirror gets immediate access to the beta server once it is available. Playing The Broken Mirror on the beta server also has perks for your live server accounts! There is more information coming soon about the rewards players will be able to earn by testing expansion content on beta.

How to provide testing feedback:
Use the /bug command in game to open a window and submit information. Include as much information as you can about the problem so that we can reproduce the issue.
Out of game, issues can be reported via the
Daybreak Issue Tracker.
Post additional feedback in The Broken Mirror Beta Forums (Note: You have to be active in the beta to be able to post on these forums)
How to set up a test character for beta:
We want people to be able to test the content with a variety of classes and levels. To beta buff, use this command on a level 1 character: /betabuff <level> <class>
For example:
/betabuff 105 necromancer
How to copy your character over to the Beta server:
Log in to your character on your live server and then type the /beta command.
Characters flagged for beta will be copied periodically (typically every morning).
To patch and get into the Beta servers:
Use the beta launcher.
If you don't already have the beta launcher, you can get it hereOther Important Information:
Beta installs into a separate folder that takes about the same space as your live game version.
The Beta server may not be accessible at all times, as patching occurs when it is necessary.
The Beta server is wiped periodically, meaning beta characters may be deleted with or without notice.
