FIREPLACES
« on: September 13, 2012, 09:34:31 PM »
Lot of different items used but for the main structure tables work well. Fireplace is in PeaceKeepers' Guild Hall 200 terminus Heights Cedar Country Meadows Zek. Best to just click on the items to see what was used:

Please post screenshots of your fireplaces so we can all borrow ideas.

Here's a few fireplace ideas for this thread too.

I have a few more, but these are the most common types for me. I try to build a unique fireplace for each home to see the possibilities :D

I remember one of my first fireplaces I built with stone blocks. lol, that was before I realized how quickly you run out of placements.

Yeah, I had that trouble too, fireplaces are usually the first thing I build, so I can then create the room around it and sometimes I go overboard and use too many items >_<

Good rule to use is one item for the floor, one for the back, two for the sides, one for the top and one for the chimney. Of course if you build a more modern style fireplace you can get away with 1-2 items for the construction :D
